As Sr. Brand Marketing Manager you will play an integral role in inspiring people to enjoy the future of hair care. You obsess over the fan and help articulate her needs and pain points, develop and lead our campaign calendar, conceptualize compelling stories, and work directly with creatives and creators to realize your visions across channels. Together we will turn powder-to-lather into an “it seems so obvious” technology, change how millions shower, and transform Small Wonder into a household name.
4+ years in brand marketing roles; experience in CPG beauty and DTC a plus
Demonstrated success managing integrated campaigns from strategy to execution
Strategic, creative, and organized—able to lead big-picture brand direction while executing granular campaign details.
Excellent interpersonal skills; experienced working with creative teams, founders, and external partners.
Thrives in a scrappy startup environment—eager to launch, measure, iterate.
Skilled at translating new personal care innovations into emotionally and visually compelling narratives.
